Yes, the swimming pool is sustainably heated year-round to approx. 30°C (86°F) using a heat pump and solar thermal energy.
What are the opening hours for the pool and sauna?
- The sauna is open daily from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (in June, July, and August upon request).
- The Skypool from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (during the colder months from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
Can all guests use the Sky Pool and sauna?
The rooftop pool can be used by all guests, while the sauna is reserved for guests aged 14 and over.
Can electric vehicles be charged?
Yes, electric vehicles can be charged at the wallboxes in our underground garage (Type 2 plug with 11 kW capacity).
Are bicycle storage facilities available?
Yes, bicycles can be securely stored in a dedicated bike room inside our underground garage, where e-bikes can also be charged. Access can be unlocked using your room key card.
Can apartment guests add breakfast to their booking?
Yes, our breakfast buffet is also available to our apartment guests:

Does the hotel have air conditioning?
Due to our privileged hillside location at the entrance to the Zieltal valley and the very rare tropical nights in our region, air conditioning is genuinely necessary on only a very few days of the year. In the interest of sustainability and the conscious use of resources, we deliberately choose not to install conventional air conditioning systems. Instead, you can enjoy a natural, pleasant indoor climate while joining us in supporting eco-friendly tourism.
