Cancellation Policies
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005); however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- No cancellation fees apply if cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations made between 45 and 28 days prior to arrival, a fee of 3 nights of the package price will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 28 days prior to arrival, a fee of 100% of the package price or 80% of the total booking value including breakfast will be charged.
- In the event of early departure or delayed arrival, 100% of the package price for the booked period will be charged, less breakfast.
- Buchungen werden erst durch eine schriftliche Bestätigung per E-Mail bzw. bei einer Online-Buchung verbindlich.
We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.

Privacy Notice regarding the Digital Guest Pass
PURPOSE: The personal data provided will be transmitted to the Single Coordination Board of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
RECIPIENTS: In connection with the issuance of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobility Consortium (Mobilitätskonsortium), VAT No. 02735170215, which acts as the guest card issuer and single coordination board, holding the role of autonomous data controller for the processing of the transmitted data. For further information regarding the processing of the data, you may send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
