Cancellation Policy

• Stornierungen im Zusammenhang mit Corona (offizielle Reisewarnungen, Grenzschließungen oder Einstufung Risikogebiet) kostenlos.
• Until 45 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied
• from 45 to 28 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed: 3 days of arrangement price
• From 28 days to arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% of the stay reserved, 80% bed & breakfast.
• in case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the package price
• Bookings only become effective after a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter
